Our Team
Laurence
Laurence had a passion for HVAC, growing up on a farm as a young boy he was exposed to many mechanical situations which grew his ability to work on many different types of equipment. Upon meeting a vocational teacher, Billy Wayne Truitt, Laurence decided to go into the HVAC program. He has been nicknamed "High Tech Redneck" by his many customers due to his country twang and innovative ideas. He believes in developing life long relationships with his customers.
Bill
Bill is a part of the metal magician team. Bill has worked right along with Steve in the development of what ocean city is today. Bill and Steve have worked together for many years and their combined knowledge is a huge asset to this team. Bill's organizational skills and ability to communicate well with the customers are invaluable strengths. Bill has an interest in fishing and hunting when he's not with his family.
Steve
Steve is a part of the metal magician team in building custom ductwork to fit every situation. He worked on new construction of many buildings in Ocean City making it into the vacation destination it is today. His knowledge has made him a sought after installer of new systems as well as retro fitting existing systems to maximize system operations. Steve has an interest in muscle cars and spending time with his family.
Sean
Sean has known the HVAC field was for him since he attended vocational high school in Worcester County. He has explored other careers and returned to heating and air conditioning. Sean is a service tech as well as installer for Hometown. "Seanyboy" has been a protege of Laurence's for many years. Sean is a sports fan, especially the Philly teams. Sean and his wife Amanda spend time with their friends and their dogs in their spare time.
